Hey Glammies: Last week I met with one of my super stylish clients and while we were going over her contract her phone rang. She reached in her Celine bag and pulled out a hot pink retro hand set and said “hello” LOL…Well, I totally high fived her and said I HAD TO HAVE ONE IMMEDIATELY! She proceeded to pull it out of her iPhone and hand it to me…but I refused to take hers!
I later told Amber about it, then moved on.
On Mother’s Day Amber surprised me with 2 of them, pink, of course, and a purple one! I think they are SO CUTE, and I’ve been reaching into my Celine and saying “hello” since I had them. I didn’t realize so many celebs were rocking them until Amber told me.

Hey Glammies: I hope you ladies had a SUPER GLAM MOTHER’S DAY!!!! I had a ball with family & friends and received alot a GREAT gifts including an iPad mini from Amber! Hey Glammies; I had the AWESOME opportunity to perform on another major stage on Wednesday night at HARRAH’S! I was so honored to do it! The concerts theme was “Music from Films” So all of the music was from EPIC MOVIES!!! I had such a blast! Here’s a few photos and a short video clip. Enjoy!

Hey Glammies; Wanted to post the glam dinner I prepared last night with the recipe. Sautéed Shrimp and String Beans with a Tangy Garlic sauce…
The ingredients I used were all organic and purchased from Whole Foods Market. I’m converting my family to an Organic Diet and its REALLY making a difference!!! Try my recipe! You and your GLAMILY will LOVE IT!!!
YOU WILL NEED:
2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb Fresh String Beans
2 tsps dry sherry
2 tsps low sodium soy sauce
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tbsps minced garlic
1 12 tsps peeled fresh ginger (minced)
1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
1 small onion chopped
12 tsp dark sesame oil
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add olive oil to pan. Add string beans to pan stir-fry 1 minute. Add garlic, ginger, and jalapeño; stir-fry 1 minute. Add shrimp to pan. Stir in broth mixture; cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done and sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in onions and sesame. All done! Enjoy!!!

I have a fun summer planned for the kids that officially begins Memorial Day Weekend, so I wanted to get the bulk of their summer shopping done! Hey Glammies: on Sunday I was really proud of myself for cooking a COMPLETELY ORGANIC DINNER!
My grocery shopping was done at my FAVORITE grocery store WHOLE FOODS, Amber even shopped organic and cleaned her fridge out of food with harmful toxins!!!! Yaaay! We got some really fresh organic ingredients! I am on a mission to convert my family’s diet to 100% ORGANIC and we’re off to a great start. Here’s a few pix and recipes ENJOY…and BE INSPIRED TO LIVE A GLAM HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!
HERB ORGANIC ROASTED CHICKEN:
1 whole organic chicken (Whole Foods)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
Melt butter; stir in seasoning. Pour over chicken. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 30 minutes, basting with pan juices after 15 minutes..Top with fresh parsley
Ingredients
3 pounds Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Trim/clean the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half. Arrange on 2 baking sheets and toss with the olive oil. Roast until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and reduce until very thick.
Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the roasted sprouts, then sprinkle on the dried cranberries.
