The ingredients I used were all organic and purchased from Whole Foods Market. I’m converting my family to an Organic Diet and its REALLY making a difference!!! Try my recipe! You and your GLAMILY will LOVE IT!!!

YOU WILL NEED:
2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb Fresh String Beans
2 tsps dry sherry
2 tsps low sodium soy sauce
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tbsps minced garlic
1 12 tsps peeled fresh ginger (minced)
1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
1 small onion chopped
12 tsp dark sesame oil

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add olive oil to pan. Add string beans to pan stir-fry 1 minute. Add garlic, ginger, and jalapeño; stir-fry 1 minute. Add shrimp to pan. Stir in broth mixture; cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done and sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in onions and sesame. All done!
