
Hey Glammies: on Sunday I was really proud of myself for cooking a COMPLETELY ORGANIC DINNER!
My grocery shopping was done at my FAVORITE grocery store WHOLE FOODS, Amber even shopped organic and cleaned her fridge out of food with harmful toxins!!!! Yaaay! We got some really fresh organic ingredients! I am on a mission to convert my family’s diet to 100% ORGANIC and we’re off to a great start. Here’s a few pix and recipes ENJOY…and BE INSPIRED TO LIVE A GLAM HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!

HERB ORGANIC ROASTED CHICKEN:
1 whole organic chicken (Whole Foods)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
Melt butter; stir in seasoning. Pour over chicken. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 30 minutes, basting with pan juices after 15 minutes..Top with fresh parsley


Ingredients
3 pounds Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Trim/clean the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half. Arrange on 2 baking sheets and toss with the olive oil. Roast until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and reduce until very thick.
Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the roasted sprouts, then sprinkle on the dried cranberries.
