Hey Glammies: Exactly 2 years ago today we launched this blog. We chose to launch on August 25th because it’s the birthday of my Mother, Carolyn Hankins Summers. A Lady who lived a Grand Glam lifestyle, as a Wife, Mother, Entrepreneur, Woman of Great Style, World Traveler, and Lady who LOVED LIFE!!!!
Amber and I loved her dearly, and pattern our lives after her. So today we celebrate her with a HUGE GLAMOROUS CAKE, A WEEKEND AT THE FOUR SEASONS, (Her FAVORITE HOTEL) AND AN INTIMATE GATHERING WITH A FEW PEOPLE WHO KNEW AND LOVED HER…

Two years ago when we launched we started with 5 MAJOR BRAND SPONSORS who believed in our vision, those brands continue to sponsor us today, this blog was originally intended to be a fun hobby and a online vehicle of showing our friends, clients, and family some of the fun things that go on in our lives…
We started by posting things on Facebook and even Myspace, and one day a person I didn’t know sent me an inbox message saying, YOU CAN’T BE DOING ALL THAT!
So we decided to start a blog to actually SHOW HOW AMAZING LIFE ACTUALLY IS!!!!
Doing this proved to be a BRILLIANT DECISION!!!! We never in a million years believed blogging would actually be a door to unlimited opportunities and income.
As I sit here typing from THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, Looking at my beautiful Daughter, and thinking about my beautiful Mother, I can’t say anything but GOD, I THANK YOU!!!!
