Hey Glammies; I had a super fun day hanging out with Josh & Kayla yesturday. I have a fun summer planned for the kids that officially begins Memorial Day Weekend, so I wanted to get the bulk of their summer shopping done! I like shopping for summer when there’s ALOT to choose from! Here’s a few pix of our GLAMTASTIC FUN SHOPPING DAY at Nordstrom! Enjoy!
We found some GREAT swimsuits for Kayla! I lease a condo every summer in Ocean City so they swim nearly EVERYDAY all summer!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the bright colors Josh had to choose from!
Such a Glam-Ham!
Josh picked out everything SO FAST…so he could get to GAMESTOP!!! Lol.
Afterwards, we headed to the movies and had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory!!! Always a BLAST hanging with my Babies!!! BE INSPIRED!!!

Hey Glammies: on Sunday I was really proud of myself for cooking a COMPLETELY ORGANIC DINNER!
My grocery shopping was done at my FAVORITE grocery store WHOLE FOODS, Amber even shopped organic and cleaned her fridge out of food with harmful toxins!!!! Yaaay! We got some really fresh organic ingredients! I am on a mission to convert my family’s diet to 100% ORGANIC and we’re off to a great start. Here’s a few pix and recipes ENJOY…and BE INSPIRED TO LIVE A GLAM HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!
HERB ORGANIC ROASTED CHICKEN:
1 whole organic chicken (Whole Foods)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
Melt butter; stir in seasoning. Pour over chicken. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 30 minutes, basting with pan juices after 15 minutes..Top with fresh parsley
Ingredients
3 pounds Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Trim/clean the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half. Arrange on 2 baking sheets and toss with the olive oil. Roast until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and reduce until very thick.
Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the roasted sprouts, then sprinkle on the dried cranberries.

The family really enjoyed dinner, and I felt SO GLAM AWESOME knowing I was feeding them GLAMTASTIC ORGANIC FOOD!!!

Hey Glammies; Yesturday was an epic day for Kayla because she GOT HER FIRST LOUIS VUITTON handbag in BEVERLY HILLS!!!!! 10 year old Kayla has about 9 designer handbags in her collection including a Louis Vuitton handbag I gave her that she often carries her books in during the school year. HOWEVER, as GLAMMIES know, there is NO EXPERIENCE LIKE GETTING YOUR OWN BRAND SPANKING NEW ONE!!!!!
Kayla was so happy that she literally cried in the store! When the sales associate handed her the bag it was more like a presentation, almost spiritual lol…Kayla said it was like she was being presented with the title of “Being Officially Fabulous”!!!!! Awwww, she’s such a good girl and deserves it!
Congratulations Kayla…May you own MANY MORE!

Hey Glammies: I want to feature Kayla in this post today, because TODAY was her LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!! We spent the school day with her seeing her get awards, thanking the teachers for a great job and watching Kayla give hugs and kisses to her girlfriends!
Kayla had a FANTASTIC YEAR, and we are so PROUD OF HER!
The other day I heard Kayla and her friends coordinating outfits to wear for today as they often do. They chose to wear floral prints with hair accessories and jewelry! I picked up this gorgeous (age appropriate) dress for Kayla at H&M Girls last week, and she LOVED IT!

Today was the first time I saw how popular she is…
Kayla looked like an African American “Scarlett O’Hara” perched in her chair lol. CONGRATULATIONS TO KAY-KAY FOR A SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL YEAR!!!
NOTE: Josh got out last week and is already down the shore.

Today was the first full day of Josh and Kayla’s SPRING BREAK!!!! If you follow us you know who they are, but if you’re new to this blog…Josh is my son, Amber’s little brother, and Kayla is my niece (who lives with me)
…I like for my vacations to coincide with my children and I like to make their breaks fun and memorable…
Since XFINITY LIVE just had their grand opening on March 30th we decided that was the 1st stop!!!
From the time we arrived the kids were bubbling with excitement.
I love my ROCKSTARS!!!

We also ate at the NBC Sports Arena, while watching The Masters Gulf Tournament on the 50 foot XD TV Screens!!!
The wings were AWESOME!

That’s ALOT of burger for Kayla!!! Too funny!!
They had such an AMAZING TIME…
XFINITY LIVE is a great place for families DURING THE DAY…be advised that after 8pm it becomes more for adult fun…great place to hang with the fellas or with the girls, and even a great place for date night…
I will definitely be going back again!
The kids has SO MUCH FUN the slept the whole ride home!
I’d say spring break has gotten off to a great start!!!! Stay tuned…More great SPRING BREAK adventures with Josh and Kayla.

Hey Glammies; For my birthday Amber planned an ELABORATE DINNER with Award Winning Chef Nathan Volz of the Famed Restaurant 10 Arts at the Ritz Carlton!
From the very first course of my special menu to the dainty delicious birthday cupcake we were GLAMAZED at his masterpieces!!!! Here’s a few photos from my PERFECT DINNER!!! Enjoy!

This was AN AMAZING DINING EXPERIENCE!!! THANK YOU AMBER, AND THANK YOU CHEF NATHAN VOLZ!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET IT!!!!
Now, I shall enjoy this suite Amber got me, and look forward to my 8am massage!!!!! Ta-Ta!!!

Hey Glammies, we were so EXCITED to get our KARDASHIAN KOLORS HOLIDAY COLLECTION yesturday!!!
Nicole by OPI sent us the latest Kardashian Kolors for the holidays.
We ABSOLUTELY ADORE EVERY COLOR!!! The sparkly ones are to die for!!! The collection started with 6 colors but they have added quite a few more! Make sure you pick up a few colors for yourself!
The collection launches November 25th!
Kayla got first dibs choosing the colors she wanted to keep!

Hey Glammies! I had to post an update on EVERYTHING that’s going on with KAYLA!!!!
First off, her photo from the other day made the COVER of Urban Livin’ Magazine!!! WooHooo!
When Editor-and-Chief Helen Bailey contacted me! I almost fell out!!!
At the time Kayla was in school, but I could not wait to pick her up to give her the GREAT NEWS!!!
As soon as she got in the car I told her and she started SCREAMING with joy!!!
Many of you have seen Kayla on this blog many times so you may feel like you know her…but for those who do not…
Kayla the Entrepreneur, Model, Actress… is my 10 year old niece whom I have been raising since she was 2.
I gained legal custody of her at age 3.
Kayla calls me “Mom” and “Aunt Tiffany” because she knows I’m her Aunt, but she knows me as Mom…It seems a little confusing, but not to us…and NOT TO HER!
I have had over 100 people in the past 24 hours ask about her birth parents.
Kayla’s birth Mother is my sister, and Kayla’s father died in Afghanistan in the Marines 2001 before he ever got a chance to see her.
Kayla is a well mannered, well adjusted little girl, who has lots of friends, and a loving family.
She loves. Beyonce, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, She can’t live without her iPhone, and her favorite food is ANYTHING CHOCOLATE!!! Lol
Kayla also has her own Jewelry Line GLAMGIRLS JEWELRY…a line of jewelry geared specifically for Little Girls, Pre-Teens, and Teens. (We are working on her website LAUNCHING NOVEMBER 2011!)
Kayla is now on Facebook (she’s pretty happy about that too lol) so you can keep up with her there.
